2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide access to the property during the agreed-upon service times. 3. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers, credit cards, and cash. Any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3.1 Invoicing

Invoices will be issued detailing the services provided, the cost of each service, and the total amount due. Clients are required to settle invoices within 14 days of receipt to avoid any late payment fees.

4. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the scheduled service cost. In cases of extreme weather or other unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule services without penalty.

4.1 Emergency Services

In the event of an urgent situation requiring immediate attention, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests. Additional charges may apply based on the nature and urgency of the service required.

5. Liability and Insurance

We carry comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused during our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or any damage resulting from client negligence. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any known issues within the garden prior to service commencement.

5.1 Damage to Property

While we strive to perform our services with care and professionalism, accidents can occur. In such instances, we will notify the client immediately and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation. Clients are responsible for reporting any damage noticed after service completion within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials provided by our team are the intellectual property of our company. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of the contracted services. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Any personal or sensitive information shared with us will be handled with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the provision of our gardening services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.

7.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as appropriate.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9.1 Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations. Services may be rescheduled without penalty under such conditions.

10.1 Notification of Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify clients as soon as possible and work collaboratively to reschedule services at a convenient time.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
